Deposit policy

50% due when reservations are made.

100% due when reservations are made over holiday stays.

100% due when reservations are made 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival date- full refund less $25.00. NO refunds if cancelled less than 10 days.

RV Policy

Only one self contained RV/tent/camper per lot. RV’s manufactured for camping with full hook-ups are allowed. Sorry, NO car trailers allowed for camping. RV’s must be in good condition and have window coverings, sleeping facilities, and approved electrical hookups.

Resort Rules

Speed limit 5 MPH

All day guests must register in the office and pay a daily fee of $5/person. No charge for children under 12. No more than 8 per site including day guests. All resort rules must be obeyed. Day guests must leave resort by 10:00 pm.

Check in is 3:00 PM and Check out is 12:00 pm.

All RV’s must be parked on gravel drive so that utilities are on the driver’s side.

Sleeping in vehicles or outside of RV is not permitted.

You must have prior approval from the office to change sites.

Sewer hose must have a tight rubber collar.

NO parking of any vehicle on grass.

NO rugs on the grass.

Pet Policy

Having pets in the resort is a privilege. Pet owners must secure a pet policy from the office and abide by all of the rules stated. 2 pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be unattended. Pets will not be allowed in/or around the buildings, playground, pool area, or on hay rides. Owners must pick up after pets anywhere on the resort property. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. Violation of any rule may result in an immediate eviction from the resort without refund.

No washing of RV’s or vehicles without approval from management.

Quiet time is from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.

Children under 18 must return to their site by dusk or be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Your music cannot be heard beyond your site.

NO disorderly conduct, offensive language, fire arms, or fireworks.

NO clotheslines, except attached solely to RV.

Trees are the property of Vacation Station. NO nails, trimming, climbing, or defacing of trees.

DO NOT TRANSPORT

Firewood into campground due to the “Emerald Ash Borer”. Firewood is available at the store.

FIRES in fire pit only. Do not leave fire unattended.

SMOKING is not permitted in any building or anywhere around the pool or pool area or playground area. Deposit cigarettes in proper containers.

GARBAGE must be in sealed garbage bags and placed in dumpster or placed in front of your site by 10:00 am for pick-up.

Unlicensed motorized vehicles may not operate within the resort including toys.

NO fish cleaning or disposing of fish waste in dumpster.

Bicycle and rollerblade with care. On resort roadways ONLY. No motorized units.

Pool/Spa/Clubhouse Rules

Hours: 9:00 AM-10:00 PM all guests. 10:00 PM-11:00 PM FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No one under 18 years of age in the spa. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Babies must wear swim diapers. Bathing suits required—

No cutoffs, no glass containers, no food or alcohol, no smoking, no pets, no running, no jumping, no diving allowed. No horse play. Guests may have music only by using headphones. No inflatable rafts, water soakers, skin boards, or personal flotation devices are allowed. Inflatable toys, noodles and water wings only. Swimming is at YOUR OWN RISK as there is no lifeguard on duty. Do not swim alone.
